OVERVIEW:

On 30 September, 2021, The Collaborative Africa Budget Reform Initiative (CABRI) hosted a virtual peer-learning and exchange event to take stock of COVID-19 vaccine financing, procurement, and distribution in Africa. This event followed an earlier peer-learning and exchange event and provided an update on where we find ourselves now in terms of COVID-19 vaccine financing, procurement, and distribution and reflected on the key public finance-related challenges that African governments have faced in vaccinating their citizens against COVID-19.
